Program Details





The Special Needs Percussion Regiment is a percussion regiment that aims to give students with special needs the chance to experience music. The instrumentation is the same as the Vanguard regiment. SNP also enlists the help of many volunteer TAs.

Our Mission



The special needs program’s goals include providing opportunities to disadvantaged students, promoting community awareness and stereotyping by recognizing individuals with special needs, developing music and rhythmic abilities, developing hand-eye coordination and fine & gross motor abilities, promoting self-esteem, building teamwork skills, developing innate abilities and talent to reach for the stars and much more.
